Returns
We accept returns within 60 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original manufacturer’s packaging.

All protective shipping materials used during the original shipment must be reused for the return to ensure the product's safe arrival.

Products must include all original parts, manuals, and accessories.
Restocking Fee & Return Shipping
We will refund the full order amount minus:

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

Items that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer.

Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.

Custom or special-order products.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please keep all original packaging to expedite the resolution process.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product or a different model, please contact us. Exchanges are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
