4 Ton Air Conditioning Systems are energy efficient AC Units, these Central Air Conditioner and Air Handling Unit make up the HVAC System. They provides Cooling Only when connected to the Evaporator Coil. The AC Unit and AC Air Handler are not heat pumps and provide cooling only. The HVAC air handler is sometimes called an Electric Furnace because you can add an Auxiliary Heater to run while the outdoor unit is off.
