Permits are required for any new mechanical air conditioning work. Building permits are issued in the name of the person(s) performing the work; only licensed contractors, or Owner-Builders may obtain a permit.

Building Permits protect customers and hold installation contactors accountable for the quality of the work provided. When considering the labor an individual company will provide, we want our customers to understand that they are protected by government building permits and Air Conditioning and Heating Code.

Our company provides a level of workmanship that exceeds the Florida Air Conditioning and Heating Code minimum requirements.

If a customer chooses not to have our company process their permit, the customer can rest assured any installation being done by HomeOwner Air will be up to code and even exceeding national requirements.

We want our customers to understand the true cost for a Water Source Heat Pump Installation. We have based the customers cost on a discounted hourly rate.
